Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, GL, and month-end close
- Oversee reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing audits and regulatory reporting
