Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns and support external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
