Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow optimization
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance filings (federal/state)
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of CA tax regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley
- Proven ability to manage multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
