Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare and review tax documents, audits, and regulatory filings
- Lead process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit procedures
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities and experience presenting financial data to stakeholders
