Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Prepare complex financial statements and SEC filings
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with reconciliation
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SEC regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in deadline-driven environments
