Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop financial forecasts and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain financial controls and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Experience in manufacturing/retail sectors preferred
