Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while maintaining internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and payroll processing
- Prepare and present financial statements and variance analysis to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or private companies
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
