- Prepare and analyze financial statements with adherence to GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal control improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget forecasting
- Lead tax compliance initiatives and regulatory reporting
- Mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
