Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of entries.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and tax planning strategies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support external audits and internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
