Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ clients including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives for corporate entities
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel modeling
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Mentor junior accountants and support team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA license (required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in public accounting or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
