Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor management initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
