Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams during external reviews
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support budget forecasting and strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
