Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciliations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance a plus
