Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Lead month-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Manage SOX compliance testing and internal controls documentation
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for senior leadership
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus)
- Proven track record with complex consolidations and intercompany transactions
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with Big Four firms or large multinational corporations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
