Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity operations
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
- SOX compliance and internal controls expertise
- Public accounting or financial services background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
