Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet items
- Implement and improve internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Lead audit preparations and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
