Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate external audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
