Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage tax preparation and compliance for diverse client portfolios
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Provide financial forecasting and variance analysis for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record in financial reporting and tax compliance
