Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
- Public accounting background a plus
