Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable financial recommendations to leadership
- Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable cycles to enhance cash flow efficiency
- Oversee tax compliance processes and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel functions
