Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Coordinate tax preparation and filing for corporate and individual clients
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models and budgetary analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client-facing interactions
- Proven experience managing financial audits and compliance processes
