Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize general ledger operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance reports
- Spearhead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead internal and external audit coordination, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and reconciliation processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
