Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and compliance checks
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Oversee tax preparation and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and audit coordination
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
