Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and review tax filings, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and maintain general ledger integrity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
