Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Lead financial reporting initiatives for executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance protocols
- Collaborate with tax department on quarterly filings and regulatory reporting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Strong knowledge of FASB regulations and tax compliance
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
