- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for departmental initiatives
- Implement internal controls to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling for financial analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or construction industry a plus
