Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 high-growth clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Mentor junior accountants through our structured training program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and NetSuite/QuickBooks
- Strong GAAP and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Experience with multi-state tax filings and audit coordination
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
