Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliation accuracy
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and audit procedures

- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with automated workflow optimization
- Provide strategic tax planning support for multi-entity organizations
- Mentor junior accountants to enhance team financial literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of SOX compliance and internal audit leadership
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex financial modeling
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and presentations
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-pressure environments
