Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and conduct variance analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
