Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-month and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP, federal, and state tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification is a plus.
