Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with SOX compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
