Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and tax documentation.
- Streamline internal financial controls and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
