Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Mentor junior accountants and interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Proven audit and tax preparation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Familiarity with agricultural industry accounting preferred
