As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing complex accounts, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
