Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations and variance analysis for balance accounts
- Lead internal audits and compliance documentation
- Prepare tax filings and support external audit requirements
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
