Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reports
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse corporate clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and Florida state tax codes
- Collaborate with tax professionals to optimize client tax strategies
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to manage multi-client accounting portfolios
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and audit procedures
