Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting
- Maintain GAAP compliance and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Missouri tax regulations
