Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead internal and external audit coordination
- Develop and implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Provide tax planning and preparation services for corporate clients
- Mentor junior accounting staff through complex financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with Big 4 or regional firm
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing high-volume financial reporting cycles
