Responsibilities
- Manage monthly/quarterly financial close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and expense reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
