Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and submit accurate tax filings and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Maintain GAAP compliance and evolving regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IRS regulations, and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
