Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting and internal controls
- Support external audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Maintain financial systems and data integrity in ERP platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Remote work experience in a fast-paced environment
