Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end close
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance across all financial processes
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining team performance standards

Qualifications
