Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Oversee general ledger accounting functions, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
