- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit coordination
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Experience implementing process improvements in accounting workflows
