Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage complex reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Oversee audit preparation and tax documentation
- Maintain internal controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
