Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ high-value client portfolios
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
- Develop and optimize financial models using advanced Excel/QuickBooks Online
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Automate financial reporting using Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA certification (required)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel modeling with VBA/macros proficiency
- Proven track record in process automation and workflow optimization
- Experience managing remote teams using Asana/Slack
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-discipline
