Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Oversee tax compliance and audit processes for multi-entity operations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in managing multi-location financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forensic accounting
