Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for leadership
- Maintain internal controls documentation and SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
