Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Conduct detailed audits and ensure internal controls are effectively implemented
- Collaborate with tax teams to optimize financial strategies
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconciliation processes
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial reporting workflows
- Provide expert guidance to junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
