Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead account reconciliations and internal control processes
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
